We propose an approach to recognize trajectory-based dynamic hand gestures in real time for human–computer interaction (HCI). We also introduce a fast learning mechanism that does not require extensive training data to teach gestures to the system. We use a six-degrees-of-freedom position tracker to collect trajectory data and represent gestures as an ordered sequence of directional movements in 2D. In the learning phase, sample gesture data is filtered and processed to create gesture recognizers, which are basically finite-state machine sequence recognizers. We achieve online gesture recognition by these recognizers without needing to specify gesture start and end positions. The results of the conducted user study show that the proposed method is very promising in terms of gesture detection and recognition performance (73% accuracy) in a stream of motion. Additionally, the assessment of the user attitude survey denotes that the gestural interface is very useful and satisfactory. One of the novel parts of the proposed approach is that it gives users the freedom to create gesture commands according to their preferences for selected tasks. Road traffic congestion is a serious problem in today's world and it happens because of urbanization and population growth. The traffic reduces the transport efficiency in the city, increases the waiting time and travel time, and also increases the usage of fuel and air pollution. To overcome these issues this papers propose an intelligent traffic control system using the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). The vehicles or nodes present in the IoV can communicate between themselves. This technique helps in determining the traffic intensity and the best route to reach the destination. The area of study used in this paper is Vellore city in Tamilnadu, India. The city map is separated into many segments of equal size and Ant Colony Algorithm (AOC) is applied to the separated maps to find the optimal route to reach the destination. Further, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to calculate the traffic density and to model the heavy traffic. The proposed algorithm performs better in finding the optimal route when compared to that of the existing path selection algorithms. Protein affinity reagents (e.g., antibodies) are often used for basic research, diagnostics, separations, and disease therapy. Although a lot of “synthetic” protein affinity reagents have been developed as a cost-effective alternative to antibodies, their low biocompatibility is a considerable problem for clinical application. Lipid nanoparticles (LNP) represent a highly biocompatible drug delivery agent. However, little has been reported that LNP itself works as a protein affinity reagent in living animals. Here, LNP is engineered for binding to and neutralizing a target toxic peptide in living animals by multifunctionalization with amino acid derivatives. Multifunctionalized LNP (MF-LNP) is prepared using amino acid derivative-conjugated lipids. Optimized MF-LNP exhibits nanomolar affinity to the target toxic peptide and inhibits toxic peptide-dependent hemolysis and cytotoxicity. In addition, MF-LNP captures and neutralizes the toxic peptide after intravenous injection in the bloodstream; in addition, MF-LNP does not release the toxic peptide in the accumulated organ. Simulating the psychological experience of human vision,a road extraction model based on the format tower is proposed to extract the road in the high resolution remote sensing image from the perspective of morphology.Firstly,based on the spectral and texture information,the suspected road targets are extracted by using segmentation technology.Then these targets are classified according to their reliability and extract the road targets for each category.Finally,three types of identified road information are verified and merged,and the continuous smooth road extraction results are obtained.Experiments on real high resolution images show that the results are consistent with the visual perception of the human eye,and the overall classification accuracy is higher,indicating that the algorithm is effective and feasible and has good use value. 相似文献

目的 海量城市交通事故数据可能蕴含有交通事故的空间模式,挖掘出交通事故的空间模式有助于开展交通事故的防治工作。目前交通管理部门虽然记录了交通事故发生地的空间位置信息,但没有对事故发生地进行空间语义描述,从而影响对交通事故空间模式的深入分析。因此,提出一种交通事故数据空间语义增强方法,并设计了一套可视分析系统。方法 基于城市兴趣点来增强交通事故数据的空间语义。以事故发生点为中心获取周围城市兴趣点,使用特征向量刻画兴趣点的数量、类别及其与事故发生点的距离,并称此向量为空间语义特征向量。将空间语义特征向量和相应的交通事故关联,以达到增强其空间语义的目的。然后,基于空间语义特征向量,使用自组织映射聚类算法对交通事故进行聚类分析,根据其空间语义特征将交通事故分为若干类别。最后,通过使用地图视图展示事故点数据、聚类视图和平行坐标视图展示聚类分析的结果及其空间语义特征的可视化方法,对交通事故的空间模式进行分析。结果 针对空间语义增强的交通事故数据以及相关分析任务,有效地使用上述数据分析方法与可视化技术,设计并实现了一套多视图关联的可视分析系统,提供了便捷的交互方式辅助用户分析。通过研发人员和交通警察共同对安徽省合肥市2018年的交通事故数据进行分析,将交通事故发生地划分9类并指出每类地点的空间语义特点,进一步分析出了事故高发区域的空间语义特性。结论 本文提出的交通事故数据空间语义增强方法和可视分析方法可以帮助用户揭示交通事故的空间语义模式,有助于深入分析和认识交通事故的成因,能为交通事故防治相关的城市建设工作提供建议。 相似文献

针对训练样本或测试样本存在污损的情况,提出一种结构化加权稀疏低秩恢复算法(structured and weighted-sparse low rank representation,SWLRR)。SWLRR对低秩表示进行加权稀疏约束和结构化约束,使得低秩表示系数更加趋近于块对角结构,进而可获得具有判别性的低秩表示。SWLRR将训练样本恢复成干净训练样本后,再根据原始训练样本和恢复后的训练样本学习到低秩投影矩阵,把测试样本投影到相应的低秩子空间,即可有效地去除测试样本中的污损部分。在几个人脸数据库上的实验结果验证了SWLRR在不同情况下的有效性和鲁棒性。 相似文献

为实现亮度不均的复杂纹理背景下表面划痕的鲁棒、精确、实时识别,提出一种基于深度神经网络的表面划痕识别方法。用于表面划痕识别的深度神经网络由风格迁移网络和聚焦卷积神经网络(CNN)构成,其中风格迁移网络针对亮度不均的复杂背景下的表面划痕进行预处理,风格迁移网络包括前馈转换网络和损失网络,首先通过损失网络提取亮度均匀模板的风格特征和检测图像的知觉特征,对前馈转换网络进行离线训练,获取网络最优参数值,最终使风格迁移网络生成亮度均匀且风格一致的图像,然后,利用所提出的基于聚焦结构的聚焦卷积神经网络对生成图像中的划痕特征进行提取并识别。以光照变化的金属表面为例,进行划痕识别实验,实验结果表明:与需要人工设计特征的传统图像处理方法及传统深度卷积神经网络相比,划痕漏报率低至8.54%,并且收敛速度更快,收敛曲线更加平滑,在不同的深度模型下均可取得较好的检测效果,准确率提升2%左右。风格迁移网络能够保留完整划痕特征的同时有效解决亮度不均的问题,从而提高划痕识别精度;同时聚焦卷积神经网络能够实现对划痕的鲁棒、精确、实时识别,大幅度降低划痕漏报率和误报率。 相似文献

针对传统的自回归积分移动平均(ARIMA)模型和长短时记忆(LSTM)单元在基站流量预测中没有利用基站(BS)间合作关系的问题,提出一种利用由用户群体在不同基站下访问产生的基站合作关系的流量预测(TPBC)算法。首先,通过基站之间的合作关系构建基站合作网络,并对此合作网络进行社区划分得到基站社区;然后,通过格兰杰因果关系检验方法寻找与目标基站同一社区且关系最紧密的若干基站,作为目标基站的合作基站;最后,使用LSTM和词嵌入层(Embedding)搭建混合神经网络,并根据目标基站和合作基站的流量信息进行流量预测。实验结果表明,TPBC在基站流量预测上的均方根误差(RMSE)相比ARIMA和LSTM分别减小了29.19%和27.47%。TPBC能有效提高基站流量预测准确率,在流量卸载和绿色节能等领域具有重要意义。 相似文献

Abnormal activation of Toll-like receptor (TLRs) signaling can result in colon cancer development. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of important TLRs in different histological types of colorectal polyps and evaluate their relationship with intestinal microbiota. The expression levels of TLR2, 3, 4, and 5 were analyzed in intestinal biopsy specimens of 21 hyperplastic polyp (HP), 16 sessile serrated adenoma (SSA), 29 tubular adenoma (TA), 21 villous/tubulovillous (VP/TVP) cases, and 31 normal controls. In addition, selected gut bacteria including Streptococcus bovis, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis (ETBF), Fusobacterium nucleatum, Porphyromonas spp., Lactobacillus spp., Roseburia spp., and Bifidobacterium spp. were quantified in fecal samples using absolute qRT PCR, and, finally, the association between TLRs and these gut microbiota- was evaluated by Spearman’s correlation coefficient. Higher expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in VP/TVP and TA, and lower expression levels of TLR3 and TLR5 in all type of polyps were observed. The differences in TLR expression patterns was not only dependent on the histology, location, size, and dysplasia grade of polyps but also related to the intestinal microbiota patterns. TLR2 and TLR4 expression was directly associated with the F. nucleatum, E. faecalis, S. bovis, Porphyromonas, and inversely to Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Roseburia quantity. Furthermore, TLR3 and TLR5 expression was directly associated with Bifidobacterium, Roseburia, and Lactobacillus quantity. Our results suggest a possible critical role of TLRs during colorectal polyp progression. An abnormal regulation of TLRs in relation to gut microbial quantity may contribute to carcinogenesis. 相似文献
